Hi: I have a laptop - HP Pavilion DV4000 - I aim to restore it to it's original factory condition because it's frozen in time and nothing will fix it. But when I turn it off then hit F11 it won't pull up the Recovery Manager. Is there any other way I can restore it back to its new state? And no, I don't have the restore disk - I could smack myself now. :9
